Help-Portrait (R), Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Any person or organization donating to this event will receive a receipt letter from Help-Portrait, Inc. to use for tax-deduction purposes.

This year, Help-Portrait Flagstaff is asking for in-kind donations of the following items:
FOOD: We will be feeding our volunteers and participants breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the day. We will accept donations of any food or drink that will keep us all fueled to create beautiful images all day long! (We can also accept gift cards to grocery stores or restaurants.)
CRAFT SUPPLIES: This year, the Help-Portrait project is encouraging our participants to decorate their pictures, write their stories, and create art in any way possible. Any craft supplies - markers, pens, glue, glitter, paint, stamps, paintbrushes, tape - you name it, we can use it!
CDs: We would like to give our participants their images in electronic format so they can access them at a later time. We need at least 200 rewritable CDs (and sleeves or cases).
PRINTING: While social media is the wave of the now and the future, posters and flyers still go a long way! Anyone willing to help us with professional printing costs will be a part of spreading the community service message.
ADVERTISING: We'd love to put an ad in the Arizona Daily Sun to help get the word out - but ads cost money! Please contact us if you'd be willing to donate ad space or pay for an ad for us.
